![]() ![]() There’s little to criticize about the moment-to-moment gameplay in Diablo Immortal. This gives you a steady sense of progression, and even lets you plan long-term character strategies around certain powerful pieces of equipment. Rather than just selling off useless gear, you can scrap it for parts, and use those parts to empower the gear you want to keep. Whatever you don’t need, you can salvage, and this is one of Diablo Immortal’s best features. ![]() Just about every enemy you fight will drop some kind of magical weapon or piece of armor, and you’ll find yourself constantly swapping out gear to grow stronger as you go. In typical Diablo fashion, you’ll also collect loot as you go - a lot of loot. This isn’t a terrible thing, though, as the difficulty still ramps up over time. Since Diablo is a mobile game first and foremost, actions seem a little less precise, character building seems a little less detailed, and there’s a general sense that the game gives you a lot of leeway to compensate for the touch controls. My question is are there any other games that play and feel like Diablo Immortal but are less predatory in terms of the monitization and that don't have arbitrary caps for F2P players? Please share below.Diablo Immortal’s core gameplay is, essentially, the same as what you’d find in the first three Diablo games. It makes me think that they don't really care about it and they'll just abandon it like they did Diablo 3 after they've finished milking their playerbase. I cannot grind for legendary gems since my Fading Embers are capped, I cannot grind for levels since I've hit the server paragon cap and I'm getting an exp debuff, and I cannot advance in the battle pass since I've hit my maximum weekly battle pass points cap.įurthermore, the lack of communication from Blizzard on this game is really disheartening. I'm paragon 38 and I literally cannot do anything more in the game. ![]() I really want to like this game because I love the style of Diablo games and I want to invest a lot of time into it, but with all of these weekly caps they added it's impossible to play it as much as I want to. ![]()
